We are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Senior Sushi Sous Chef to join our culinary tea. As a Senior Sushi Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in leading the sushi kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of sushi preparation, and contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience. If you have a passion for Japanese cuisine, strong culinary skills, and leadership capabilities, we invite you to be an integral part of the culinary team in our fabulous restaurant.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sushi kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality.

- Lead and inspire the sushi kitchen team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Execute creative and authentic sushi dishes, ensuring presentation and taste meet restaurant standards.

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage the freshness of sushi ingredients.

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new sushi menu items and seasonal specials.

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the sushi kitchen.

- Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.


Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Senior Sushi Sous Chef or in a similar role within the culinary industry.

- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi preparation techniques.

- Exceptional culinary skills and attention to detail in sushi presentation.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.

- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
