The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of Balthazar and JSheekey, ensuring our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and operational. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>1. Maintenance and Repairs:</p><p>- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.</p><p>- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs.</p><p>- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.</p><p><br /></p><p>2.
