We are currently seeking a creative and experienced Head Sushi Chef to lead our sushi kitchen. As the Head Sushi Chef, you will play a central role in shaping the sushi menu, overseeing kitchen operations, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion for sushi, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences, we invite you to be a key influencer at our restaurant.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the sushi menu, creating innovative and high-quality dishes.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sushi kitchen, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

- Lead and inspire the sushi kitchen team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage the freshness of ingredients.

- Ensure efficient sushi kitchen workflows and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Head Sushi Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry.

- Strong sushi preparation skills and a track record of creating successful and creative sushi menus.

- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.

- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
