Social Media Executive
Sexy Fish was launched in London in October 2015. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and decorated with artwork from Frank Gehry, Damien Hirst and Michael Roberts, the look and feel is glamorous and opulent.
The role is to strategically manage, oversee and develop the restaurant communications through various social media platforms. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing a clear social media strategy assisting with content creation and tactics, driving the number of followers, growing engagement across our channels, analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and deliver on trend social media activity across all channels
· Oversee the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content, whilst ensuring the brand stays true to its brand pillars, brand personality and tone of voice
· Liaise with creative resources on social-specific content e.g. video and animations
· Build audience and engagement on social channels via organic content
· Create a regular publishing schedule
· Oversee community management and guest responses on all guest-facing channels
· Use social media stats to analyse & report on social media successes, growth, development, and performance
· To submit a weekly report on performance with key recommendations
· To engage the company and its employees into social media communications, including overseeing in-restaurant staff training on social media
· Show innovation in the creation of content, on occasion having the ability to capture a moment as required
· Work with aligned with the communications/PR support to align messaging and influencer programs
· Strong eye for photography/videography
· Stay on top of trends and be able to bring inspiration to fruition with a sense of urgency
· Leads the development of influencer marketing campaigns
· Develops new ideas for PR, media and influencer events
· Manage META media buys and boosted posts
· Create and direct traffic-driving campaigns leveraging data to create promotions, events, and a mix of digital, print, and social content
· Measure, analyse, and optimize marketing campaigns
· Create, proofread, and edit copy for various brand marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
Experience requirements:
· We are looking for a hands-on, organized and creative individual who must have at least 1or 2 years experience within a social media role
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience of using social media platforms, photoshop and editing software
· Experience working within the luxury sector
· Proven track record of delivering innovative social content and narrative
· Attention to detail and good communication skills
· Passionate about creativity and design
