We are currently seeking a poised and experienced Senior Maitre D' or Senior Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. As a Senior Maitre D', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the dining experience, managing reservations, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house, ensuring high service standards.
- Manage and coordinate reservations, optimizing seating arrangements and guest flow.
- Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.
- Supervise and mentor front-of-house staff, providing guidance to maintain a positive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Maitre D' or Senior Receptionist in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
