We’re on the hunt for a Guest Relations Manager who lives and breathes hospitality, has a little black book full of Mayfair’s finest and knows how to work a room with style.

• A charismatic connector with exceptional presence – confident, charming and effortlessly elegant
• Deep knowledge of London’s luxury dining and nightlife scene
• An existing client network, particularly across Mayfair and the West End
• A passion for creating unforgettable guest journeys
• Impeccable personal presentation and a flair for making people feel seen, celebrated and coming back for more
• A cool, composed professional who thrives in high-energy environments
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
