In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration of the events function while also taking ownership of converted bookings, ensuring every event is planned with precision and handed over seamlessly to site operations. The goal is simple: to create memorable guest experiences, generate outstanding client feedback, and drive repeat business.

  • Inputting menus and supporting bookings on OpenTable, ensuring all notes are accurate
  • Coordinating all event details from initial planning through to final confirmation
  • Building strong client relationships and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning journey
  • Managing event questionnaires to ensure all important details are captured
  • Meeting clients on site to review logistics and finalise arrangements
  • Preparing and distributing BEO packs and leading weekly BEO meetings
  • Working closely with operations teams to ensure smooth handover and execution
  • Upselling premium menus and wines in a polished, guest-focused way
  • Liaising with key suppliers and recommending trusted partners to enhance event delivery
  • Sending post-event feedback emails and supporting the resolution of any concerns
  • Building strong internal relationships to maximise revenue and optimise private dining occupancy
  • Representing the brand at networking opportunities alongside the sales team

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in event planning
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple moving parts
  • Solid understanding of restaurant and event operations
  • A proactive, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
  • A proven track record of planning and delivering exceptional events
  • Experience working with a luxury client base
  • Confidence communicating with both clients and internal teams

Why join us?

This role is perfect for someone who loves the pace of hospitality, thrives on detail, and enjoys bringing events to life from enquiry to execution. You’ll be joining a dynamic team where service, style, and guest experience are at the heart of everything we do.

If you are passionate about events and know how to create seamless, high-quality client experiences, we would love to hear from you.
