Cleaning Supervisor

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure our restaurant maintains the immaculate presentation our guests expect. You'll oversee daily cleaning operations, manage a team of cleaners, and work closely with management to uphold hygiene and safety standards across front-of-house, back-of-house, and external areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate the cleaning team to deliver consistently high standards
• Create and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring full coverage across all shifts
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the venue
• Maintain stock levels for cleaning supplies and equipment; liaise with suppliers as needed
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly, escalating where necessary
• Support the team during deep cleans and busy periods

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory role, ideally within hospitality, hotels, or high-end restaurants
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptional standards
• Good understanding of COSHH regulations and health & safety requirements
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as required
• Clear communication skills and a hands-on, proactive approach
