We are currently seeking a poised, well -presented and customer-focused Maître D’ to join our dynamic team.
As a Maître D’, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience at our restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and are committed to delivering top-notch service, we invite you to be a welcoming presence at our beautiful restaurant.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or Maître D’ in a restaurant or hospitality setting of a similar calibre is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of building rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and friendly demeanour.
-A knowledge and interest about the world around you (restaurants, culture, politics etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
- Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, take reservations provide information and assistance
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
- Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
