We’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our team, supporting both our Head Office and Restaurant Teams. This is a dynamic and hands-on role partnering with leaders across the business to deliver our People Strategy ensuring we have engaged, high-performing teams in every venue.


Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership teams and provide support on all HR matters

• Coach, develop and train Managers across the business in ER/HR topics

• Actively lead the people agenda and participate in restaurant meetings, contributing to

site and area development plans

• Support the People Talent Plan across the Company, helping create succession plans to

ensure a sufficient pipeline of talent coming through internal promotions

• Help drive the People agenda for new site openings

• Ensure all employee relations matters are managed effectively within the business and

team through coaching and mentoring

• Analyse HR, Recruitment and L&D data, and actively support all stakeholders to interpret

key data and drive actions

• Ensuring policies and HR systems are updated with current ER law

• Work with the Finance team to manage quarterly and annual bonus payments and annual

salary reviews

• Support and coach the other HR team members and wider HR function

• Be an active driver in People Team projects, such as reward/recognition revamps, D&I,

wellbeing, engagement surveys, policy and procedure updates

• Organise team welfare activities and events and HR Campaigns

• Design, implement and update relevant initiatives to support business needs


What we’re looking for

You’ll be an established HR professional with multi-site experience within the hospitality industry. You’re commercially aware, highly collaborative and thrive in environments where you can make real impact through partnership and coaching.
