About Us

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Group Sales Manager to drive sales across multiple Caprice sites, ensuring commercial success while delivering an unparalleled guest experience. This is a standalone role, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue across all Caprice Holdings sites.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients, identifying opportunities for group bookings, events, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with General Managers and the Commercial Director to maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and event execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Commercial Director.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to ensure Caprice Holdings remains a leader in luxury hospitality.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within hospitality, luxury, or events.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value bookings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone role, while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
