We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Bar Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bar team, ensuring the smooth flow of operations, and contributing to the overall excellence of our drinking experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and supervision of daily bar operations.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop and execute creative and high-quality drink menus.
• Oversee the training and development of bar staff, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well-stocked bar.
• Create and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and staff.
• Support bartenders during service, anticipating their needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior bar staff or assistant manager role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverages, and industry trends.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
