Scott’s Richmond captures the splendour of the original concept in Mayfair and brings it to the stunning banks of the Thames in Richmond, just outside central London.

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Doorperson to join our esteemed team. As a Doorperson, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and maintaining a secure and inviting entrance. In addition to door duties, you will carry out receptionist responsibilities. This is a part-time position with working days on Monday and Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

- Ensure the security and integrity of the entrance area.

- Assist with guest inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.

-Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.

- Collaborate with the service and security teams to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.

- Manage guest reservations and facilitate the smooth flow of guests in and out of the restaurant.

- Maintain a neat and organized entrance area.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a doorman or in a customer service role.

- Valid S.I.A. Licence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional appearance and demeanour.

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
